Take the time to nurture yourself this Winter and go deeper into the practices of Yoga asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and other practices.
Natasha will guide you in an extended Yoga/movement practice with pranayama and meditation. We’ll end with a deeply nourishing sound healing in shavasana facilitated by Dani Cullen of Ina Soul healing.
The workshop is suitable for all ages and levels. Please bring your own Yoga mat, blanket, layers (windows will be open for ventilation), journal pen, and a cushion or bolster to sit on.
Space is limited, so please save your spot and book in advance. The cost for the session is $75 and includes tea and snacks at the end.
Any cancellation made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date will be eligible for a refund minus a $15 cancellation/handling fee.
Any cancellations made under 2 weeks prior to to the event date will only be refunded (minus $15) if the spot can be re-sold.
