Take the time to delve deeper into your practice and explore different ways of moving and being in space. The class/lab will incorprate Yoga asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and free movement. No previous experience required. All ages and levels welcome. Come with an open and curious mind. Please bring a Yoga mat,a cushion for meditation, a journal, and a mug for tea at the end.
Cost: $75 ($5 of each ticket will be donated to charity)
Time: 10am-12:30pm
