Give yourself the opportunity to take time out from your daily life in this one day Retreat. The retreat will be held in a beautiful bush setting overlooking the ocean. Nurture yourself with Yoga Asana, movement exploration, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, contemplation and inquiry, and a delicious plant based lunch.
